Crepain Binst Architecture has won the competition for a housing tower (70-110 m) in Eindhoven last week. With this the office introduces itself again to our northern neighbors, in the Silicon Valley of the Netherlands, after 8 years of absence. Moreover, this tower will be our highest realized project ever! We hope with this that we definitively have engaged the scale of housing towers. This triple articulated design exposes itself as an elegant urban figure by which unity and diversity are subtly balanced. Every volume entity is provided with a specific crown that functions as a lantern and point of recognition in its surroundings. A white brick tower expresses clarity, tenacity and a rigid organization.
