Along the Brusselsesteenweg in Zemst a compact abstract volume integrates into the existing environment. The square floor plan of 14 to 14m and a height of 7m cornice provide an elegant architectural interpretation and an upgrading of the road. Subtle square columns lift the volume above ground level and give the building a floating character. The landscape is thus least affected. Only the basement required working below ground. Flat aluminum plates make a playful accent in the predominantly glass facade. The seamless PVC coating near the right wall reinforces the tight nature of the building.
