New Bruges Lot III is being built on a unique location at the station of Bruges, at walking distance from the historic center. The project is part of a larger whole. Phase III consists of two new buildings with a green courtyard and connects to the two previously realized phases.

The building comprises offices on the railway side with a company restaurant intended for Proximus. On the east side is the 4-star hotel for ‘Radisson Blu’ with 106 guest rooms, 3 luxurious suites on the eleventh floor and several conference rooms on the twelfth floor; downstairs is a brasserie. On top of the office building and the hotel are ‘The Penthouses’ located. These 17 luxury apartments with hotel service are equipped with two or three bedrooms, large living areas, spacious covered terraces and panoramic windows that provide a fantastic view of the historical heritage of Bruges. On the side of our previously realized project of phase II is an investment project consisting of 30 newly built apartments with one or two bedrooms and a pleasant terrace with a view of the green center square or the Bruges Vests.

Lot II (already built) is part of 5 plots that will be connected to the future elevated park on the existing commuters parking.
