‘CBA HUB’ @ BRUSSELS_Keizerslaan 10_New offices and showroom.

After 40 years of architectural experience and 400 built projects in BE and NL Crepain Binst Architecture will be opening a hub in Brussels within walking distance of the Central Station! Although the headquarters will remain in Antwerp, our new location in Brussels is aimed towards developing a more intense dialogue with developers, government and private investors in the region of the capital. Our offices and showroom is centrally located at 10 Keizerslaan / Boulevard de l’Empereur. Originating from within the heart of Brussels and Europe, with le Sablon, Mont des Arts, the Grand Place, Brussels Park and parking facilities in the vicinity CBA aspires to introduce her expertise anew! The past 20 years we have tended to a number of distinct renovation projects within the Brussels pentagon, among which the headquarter of Belfius Passage 44, the former telex-building of Leon Steynen at the Mont des Arts but also the Poincaré at the Boulevard du Midi, the showroom of Maybach in le Sable and both the offices of internationally renowned advertising firms Duval Guillaume and VVL-BBDO. Recently we have won first prize at a decisive passive-reconversion competition for AG Real Estate at the Parc du Cinquantenaire and a 20.000 sqm office building for the stock market listed company IBA at Louvain La Neuve.

CBA@Brussels will focus on ‘qualitative speed’ by delivering sharp feasibility studies, reconversion projects and a range of new builds varying from group housing, care homes to utilitarian buildings as well as urban planning. We are looking forward to welcoming you in the near future!
